Account & contact data: name, business name, email, phone, address.

Order & billing data: items purchased, invoices, payment references (we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by licensed gateways).

Usage data: log files, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken inside Astana ERP.

Support data: messages you send to us via WhatsApp, email, or in-app chat.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to process orders and deliver hardware; to send transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, support replies); to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; to send product updates and marketing — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We process personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests (such as keeping the Services secure), or compliance with a legal obligation.

We share personal data with: (a) trusted vendors who process data on our behalf (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment gateways, analytics) under written confidentiality and data-protection terms; (b) authorities when required by law; (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.

We never sell your personal data.

Some of our processors may store data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we ensure adequate safeguards consistent with the PDPA.
